For this unforgettable wedding, we transported 150 guests to Stampede Ranch, nestled in the heart of Longview, Alberta. The stunning private estate was transformed into a one-of-a-kind wedding venue, where every detail was carefully curated to reflect the couple's vision.

We began with a picturesque ceremony setup, framed by the natural beauty of the surrounding landscape. To ensure a lively atmosphere, we engaged The Littlest Honky Tonk for live, on-site, entertainment, creating the perfect soundtrack for the celebration. A full-service cocktail bar curated by Sugar Water added to the experience, offering custom drinks tailored to the occasion.

From the scenic ceremony to the unforgettable reception, we created a seamless and immersive event that showcased the breathtaking views of this unique estate, blending elegance with countryside charm.

How we rose to the occasion?

Working in this remote location presented unique challenges that tested our adaptability and resourcefulness. The expansive acreage lacked essentials such as water and power as well as no designated ceremony site, requiring creative solutions for event design, guest comfort and event logistics. We orchestrated seamless shuttle service to transport 200 guests from the inner city to the countryside and executed a high-end cocktail reception with their on-site kitchen. Despite these hurdles, we successfully transformed the space into a stunning, fully functional event venue.
