Supper Club is a dynamic culinary experience featuring top caliber chefs paired with exceptional beverage curators, wine makers and mixologists. For our In the Field edition, we collaborated with renowned singer/songwriter Michael Bernard Fitzgerald to bring guests to a remote location in Central Alberta to experience the true origins of community celebration. Featuring Executive Chef Camillo Kobek (Teatro Restaurant) and Executive Chef Scott MacKenzie (River Cafe), guests experienced an evening so memorable that the request for its annual occurrence has flooded our inbox. A truly momentous occasion that brought together every element of our offering.
how we rose to the occasion?
Working in a remote location posed a number of challenges. No electricity, no running water, no structures, no amenities, and no signage. We executed a five course family style meal, with the elegance and delivery of a restaurant style service. In addition, we were able to execute a leading-class beverage program that included natural wines, specialty cocktails and locally infused ingredients all within a three hour service.
